Scrivener has become my favorite software of all time.
I use Scrivener for developiing stories, planning courses, writing screenplays ... just about everything.
It only costs fifty bucks and I find it indispensable in my work.
NOTE: I am an affiliate of Literature and Latte.
InkTip is a website for screenwriters. If you already have an agent or know a whole bunch of people in the industry, you might not need InkTip. But if you want to make contact with agents, managers, and producers, then a service like InkTip can prove beneficial.
You post your screenplay on the site (for a fee) and you can subscribe to their newsletter (another fee) in which they present requests by producers looking for scripts. They vet their industry participants which I appreciate.
I've optioned several scripts through their site and have been able to work with several producers and managers.
